The Kwara 2020 Appropriation Bill of N162 billion on Thursday passed second reading at the state House of Assembly. The News Agency of Nigeria, (NAN) reports that the bill tagged: “Budget of Reconstruction and Reformation” was presented by Gov. The motion for the second reading was moved by the House Leader, Mr Olawoyin Abubakar-Magaji and enjoyed the support of other members at plenary. He urged them to be critical in budget defence by government Ministries, Departments and Agencies to achieve the desired results. Danladi forwarded the bill to the House Committee on Finance and Appropriation for further legislative action after the Clerk, Hajia Halimah Perogi read it for the second time.
